Refund, Return & Exchange Policy – Rogue & Co.

At Rogue & Co., we aim to deliver premium quality streetwear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help—please review the policy below carefully.


1. Return Window

  • Customers must initiate a return request within 7 days of delivery.

  • Requests raised after this period will not be accepted.


2. Mandatory Unboxing Video

  • For any refund or replacement request, an unboxing video is compulsory.

  • The video must clearly show:

    • The sealed package being opened

    • The product condition upon arrival

  • Without valid proof, the request may be rejected.


3. Size Exchange Policy

  • We allow exchange due to size issues.

  • Conditions:

    • The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

    • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • A ₹99 exchange fee will be applicable for processing the exchange.


4. Refunds & Replacements

You are eligible for a replacement or refund if:

  • You received a defective product

  • You received a wrong item

Important:

  • Requests must follow the 7-day return window

  • Unboxing video proof is mandatory

  • Approved cases will be processed after verification


5. Non-Returnable Conditions

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Minor color differences due to lighting or screen settings

  • Delay in delivery caused by courier partners

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Products that are used, washed, or damaged after delivery


6. Processing Time

  • Once approved, replacements or refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
