At Rogue & Co., we aim to deliver premium quality streetwear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help—please review the policy below carefully.
1. Return Window

Customers must initiate a return request within 7 days of delivery.

Requests raised after this period will not be accepted.
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video

For any refund or replacement request, an unboxing video is compulsory.

The video must clearly show:

The sealed package being opened

The product condition upon arrival

Without valid proof, the request may be rejected.
3. Size Exchange Policy

We allow exchange due to size issues.

Conditions:

The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

A ₹99 exchange fee will be applicable for processing the exchange.
4. Refunds & Replacements
You are eligible for a replacement or refund if:

You received a defective product

Approved cases will be processed after verification
5. Non-Returnable Conditions
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Minor color differences due to lighting or screen settings

Delay in delivery caused by courier partners

Incorrect address provided by the customer

Products that are used, washed, or damaged after delivery
6. Processing Time

Once approved, replacements or refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
