Refund & Exchange Policy

At Rogue & Co., we want you to have a smooth shopping experience. Please review our policy before placing your order.

Size Exchange

If the size you ordered doesn't fit, we offer a one-time size exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  • A ₹130 size exchange fee will apply.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • The replacement size is subject to availability.

  • Only one size exchange is allowed per order.

  • No cash refund is provided for a customer-requested size change.

Wrong Product / Wrong Size Received

If you receive a product, colour, design, or size different from what you ordered, we will provide a free replacement.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your Order ID, clear photos of the issue, and an unboxing video where available.

Damaged, Defective or Misprinted Products

If your product arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or has a major print error, you may be eligible for a free replacement or refund after verification.

Please report the issue within 7 days of delivery with your Order ID, photos, and an unboxing video where available.

Refunds

Refunds are available only for approved cases, such as verified damaged, defective, incorrectly delivered, or majorly misprinted products.

Customer-requested size changes are handled through size exchange only, not refunds.

Not Eligible

Returns/exchanges will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference

  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer

  • Requests made after 7 days of delivery

  • Minor variations in colour, print placement, texture, or appearance

How to Request an Exchange or Refund

Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with your Order ID, photos/videos, and a brief description of the issue.

Please do not send the product back without receiving return instructions from Rogue & Co.

All refund, replacement, and exchange requests are subject to verification and approval by Rogue & Co.
