  • Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Any additional charges such as COD fees will be clearly mentioned before placing the order.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.

  • Customers are responsible for tracking their orders and being available for delivery.

6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping details at checkout.

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability:

    • The order may be returned (RTO)

    • Reshipping charges will be applicable
